Ioanna is the Pilates instructor behind ANASA Retreat. With a calm and grounded approach to movement, she guides each session with care, presence, and attention to individual needs.

Her classes focus on conscious movement, breath, and alignment, creating a supportive space where participants can move with intention and reconnect with their bodies.

The Next Retreat

Our next ANASA Pilates Retreat will take place in Greece, from 17 to 24 May 2026.
It’s a small group retreat, focused on movement, rest, nature, and shared experiences — without rushing or strict schedules.

What to expect

Daily Pilates, yoga, meditation, and sound healing sessions, time in nature, local activities, and plenty of space to rest and slow down.
